• Click Income

 

 

 

  • Click List Income

 

 

 

  • Follow the instructions here, use the filters to find the Income.

Note: Use the browser search function (Ctrl+f) to find the item in the displayed list.

  • Click Pencil  icone on the income entry that will be emailed

 

 

  • Click the Email button

 


 

  • Add or change the email address as necessary. 
  • When finished, click send email and the system will send a copy of the invoice as a PDF attachment.  

 

 


  • A memo will then be added to the invoice to show it has been emailed.

 

Notes: The To: email address used will pulled from the customer record, it can be overwritten.

To get a copy of the email for your own records, tick BCC and add your email.

The email text can be edited as required.
